New Year's Eve party

To the people of Boise,
We are planing a party for you this New Year's Eve. This party will be to celebrate 2009 and what is to come in 2010.
Our hope is that we the people of Boise can join together and celebrate our city and how we can all better enjoy, serve and learn Boise.
